Does anyone know where I can find the works of St. Basil and the other Cappadocian Fathers?  I am most interested in reading about their understanding of the Essence/Energies distinction as well as the processsion of the Holy Spirt. Thanks in advance.

Well, sites like CCEL and New Advent have some of the works of Sts. Gregory of Nyssa, Gregory the Theologian, and Basil the Great, but it's just a fraction of their works, and I can't recall any works which go into depth on the subjects you're asking about. The most that I've seen are isolated quotes, such as the quote of St. Basil in a wiki article that says: "We know our God from his energies, but we do not claim that we can draw near to his essence; for his energies come down to us, but his essence remains unapproachable." (Letters, 234, 1)

Papist, you should check out Lossky's "The Mystical Theology of the Eastern Church". This contains the best explanation of the essence/energy distinction I have encountered, and it filled with patristic support (including the ones you mentioned).

You can also get printed editions of their works from the "Nicene and Post-Nicene Fathers" series.
