Ethiopian Orthodox Bible

I wonder if the complete Ethiopian Orthodox Bible will ever be published in English. With Enoch and Jubilees included.

Doubt it.  The Church as I understand it makes a distinction between its longer and shorter canon, and it is printing its shorter one.
Question a friend, perhaps he did not do it; but if he did anything so that he may do it no more.
A hasty quarrel kindles fire,
and urgent strife sheds blood.
If you blow on a spark, it will glow;
if you spit on it, it will be put out;
                           and both come out of your mouth

I hope so! Although I imagine that it would have to be in at least two volumes. I also hope that all the books of Church Tradition will eventually be published in English as well. Let's pray!

"Bad art may be forgiven; but to remain unmoved by beauty will not. Doubts may be forgiven; but a lack of wonder will not. Tilting at windmills may be forgiven; but allowing our neighbors to be grinded in the gears will not. Denying the existence of the Creator may be forgiven; but ignoring the glories of creation will not."

But the shorter one still has Enoch and Jubilees.
