Don't you, at least in some parishes, write names of those, who you want to be mentioned on Proskomedia and on Litany after Gospel, on small paper cards and give to Priests?

Yes we do ,,just write names on paper hand to Father to mention at Holy liturgy...Prayer card iv never seen them ,,,ill ask though...
