My dear brothers and sisters, I ask a quick prayer for my little 10 year old niece and god-daughter Alexandra. She has had stomach pains for a few days and is in tears. She went to the doctor this morning and tests have revealed nothing, but, the doctor is worried and has sent her for an ultrasound.
She is a sweet little girl and I would appreciate your prayers on her behalf.
Lord, have mercy on Lesia and grant her good health!
...this worried auntie appreciates your help!

Thank you all for your prayers! I truly, truly appreciate it, as I am fervent believer in the power of prayer (multiplied by so many of you faithful individuals!) The ultrasound found nothing wrong - which is a good thing! Doctor seems to think that Lesia is simply not eating enough and that her body is depleting its own muscles in order to compensate. She will sit down to dinner, but, after a few bites says she's full. She doesn't run off to play, she sits at the table with everyone, but, simply doesn't eat. She is under strict orders to eat! Thank you all! (big HUG!) ....from a relieved auntie.  |
