Just found out yesterday that a childhood friend of mine, who I had known since 2nd grade was killed in a car accident on Sunday. He was thrown from the car (no seatbelt) and died. He was only 20...
He was a great friend, and I think was (as far as my knowledge goes, and when i knew him) a Christian. He got into drugs during and after High School and I've been hoping he could recover. As far as I know, he was still a nice guy...
I've been reading comments on Facebook from old friends of mine, and my friend was still trying to save his friends from their decline into drugs and other destructive activities.
Lord have mercy on your servant Stephen, and all whose lives are tragically cut short in their youth...
