Wow!  Congratulations!  You have a beautiful boy.   Smiley

Was that Abba Seraphim baptizing him?  He seems like a nice person.

This is so cool.

Yes that's abba Seraphim; he is very good. It was cold in there because the electrical system failed during the night. Although there's no central heating; normally it's okay just with the electrical heating.

By the way how did you find the video on Youtube? I was susprised of how you noticed so quick since I just uploaded in less than 24hrs  Smiley

According to Ukranians and Moldovans I have spoken to, our cold (in GB) is worse than theirs because its damp here.

I can vouch for the niceness of Abba Seraphim having had a couple of long phone conversations with him.

In which church did the baptism take place?

Divinus,

Did you end up being baptized into the British Orthodox Church as well?  I seem to remember you trying to choose between EO and OO.

By the way how did you find the video on Youtube? I was susprised of how you noticed so quick since I just uploaded in less than 24hrs  Smiley

Sometimes when I have nothing else to do, I go to youtube and look up fun videos.  Usually I watch cute animal videos, like these:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXo3NFqkaRM

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Bmhjf0rKe8

But sometimes I will do a search for videos about the Armenian Church, Coptic Church, etc., just to see if there is something new.  If I find something and it is really good, I'll post it somewhere on OC.net.  So last night, I put in the words "Coptic Orthodox" and I got the baptism video.  I thought it was a good example of a service being done at a British Orthodox Church, and your son was so angelic, so I wanted to post it.  I decided to post it in the most recent thread about the British Orthodox Church, which just happened to be this thread.

Now that's what I call a happy coincidence!
