I was wondering were "Cleveland was". I suppose it is not to much of a stretch to say then that " I have entertained an angel (i.e. 'a messenger') unawares". Congratulations friend, may the grace of our Lord keep you and make you effective in His cause, and servant of all.

We still want pictures! I guess Fr. George is just too shy to allow pictures Or I'm too forgetful. I've attached 3 photos from my Deaconal ordination (location: Annunciation GO Church, Akron, OH). For some reason, I don't have any from my ordination to the priesthood on my computer - I'll get some from someone else. #2 - The laying on of hands. #3 - My addressing the Bishop (this one comes chronologically before #2) #5 - The clergy, my wife and daughter with His Eminence. The count that day: 1 hierarch, 13 priests (maybe 14 - I forget), 3 deacons, plus me.

This is excellent Father. What a moment it must have been when you were given the lamb.

Excellence of character, then, is a state concerned with choice, lying in a mean relative to us, this being determined by reason and in the way in which the man of practical wisdom would determine it. Now it is a mean between two vices, that which depends on excess and that which depends on defect.
