Tonight, around 6pm, Fr Ted Boback of St Andrew's Orthodox Church in Baltimore, MD chrismated myself and fellow catechumen Matthew into the Orthodox faith just prior to Vespers. It was an intimate affair and I even got my parents to risk driving at night to attend  We will receive communion for the first time tomorrow! I am a ball of nerves in anticipation.

How wonderful. I am sure that the experience is different for everyone, but if you are like me, it will be something that you will never forget.
