Another one bites the dust!
« on: November 11, 2002, 07:44:09 PM »
Well, I can now personally say that the folks over at yourcatholic.com are not as catholic as they purport to be.  After a meager two posts, I have been effectively banned from participating in their forums as many you have here have been.  And believe you me, there was nothing controversial or anatagonistic about either of my posts.

It's people like that that would make a good Catholic boy like myself go Orthodox! ;)

Just thought I'd share...(with a little prompting from ol' Nik)

It is a pity.  It used to be a good place.  But just remember if we are ever truly martyred we will be numbered among those about which is was written "The world was not worthy."

Does that help? :o

Oh boy - soon there will be more banned than there are there !

I don't think I was particularly controversial either and I'm an RC too - even more strange.

Ah well we lives and learns  :P

"Never let anyone try to tell you that, in order to be Orthodox, you must also be eastern. The West was fully Orthodox for a thousand years; and her venerable liturgy is far older than any of her heresies."
