Actually one one got in... "Westminster Handbook to Patristic Theology" by Fr. McGuckin (also a Ph.d and professor)

I've really been enjoying thus far as it has a done of topics included schisms, heresies, key terms, key figures, councils, topics, etc.  Also, it has a lot of footnotes.  Does anyone else have this?/Has anyone else read it?

What should be in the mail tomorrow is David Bercot's "Dictionary of Early Christian Beliefs."  Has anyone read this one?

I'd be interested as to what people thought about these books. Grin
