The altar looks Syriac, but the choir sounds Russian.  Could it be that we are having a nice time with the EO's?   Shocked Grin

Isn't that in Syria where believers of the Eastern and Oriental Patriarchates of Antioch are allowed to fully participate in sacraments of the other one Church?

They aren't sharing the Sacred Mysteries.

They are simply con-celebrating a prayer service.

I agree! I immediately recognized the Syriac priest praying because I attended a Maronite church for a year. Smiley

Still, it's a great first step toward reunification. So much misunderstanding has kept us apart when we really believe the same things.
