Glory to Jesus Christ

This may be the wrong board to post it on but I'm hoping that if it is one of the moderators will move it for me.

Anyway my question is for those of you who came from a western liturgical background found it hard to adjust to western spirituality?

Is your question meant to read to adjust to eastern as opposed to western spirituality? Otherwise, forgive me if ignorant, I do not understand.
