Podcast of Priest sermons
« on: August 20, 2009, 09:45:58 PM »
Since I cant get to Divine Liturgy on Sunday since we have no Priest are there any places that have links to podcasts of Priests giving a sermon so I could at least listen to that on Sunday.

Thanks
god Bless

Question a friend, perhaps he did not do it; but if he did anything so that he may do it no more.
A hasty quarrel kindles fire,
and urgent strife sheds blood.
If you blow on a spark, it will glow;
if you spit on it, it will be put out;
                           and both come out of your mouth

I can't think of any sites off the top of my head, but there are many churches who Podcast that you can find on iTunes (and they're free).

You can also watch a live feed of the Divine Liturgy, including the sermon, from about 15 different Greek Orthodox parishes around the country. Two popular feeds include:

St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church, Orange, CT: http://www.saintbarbara.org/live_services.cfm

St. Demetrios/Orthodox Christian Network, Ft. Lauderdale, FL: http://myocn.net/index.php/The-Divine-Liturgy-Broadcast-from-St.-Demetrios.html
But for I am a man not textueel I wol noght telle of textes neuer a deel. (Chaucer, The Manciple's Tale, 1.131)
