It's up to Fr. Chris to offer the final "yes" or "no", so I can't offer to speak authoritatively for him. All I can say, though, is that I imagine the statement he made earlier he probably intended to cover the entire discussion forum at orthodoxchristianity.net and not just the Other Topics board.
