Do Arabic speaking Christians say "Alhamdulillah?" And if so, is the word in the Liturgy?

Very frequently in conversation. I don't believe it's ever used liturgically though. al-majdu lillah is used.

Yes. No.

The word used for "praise" is based on the root s-b-H, borrowed from Aramaic/Syriac (and also used by Muslims).
Question a friend, perhaps he did not do it; but if he did anything so that he may do it no more.
A hasty quarrel kindles fire,
and urgent strife sheds blood.
If you blow on a spark, it will glow;
if you spit on it, it will be put out;
                           and both come out of your mouth

literally, "the praise to/for the God."= Praise (belongs/be) to God.
