I'm also new to this forum and from the Philippines, though I am not Orthodox.  I am a convert to Roman Catholicism from the Episcopal Church of the US and am active within Anglican Use circles of the Catholic Church.  (Indeed a few of us are working on establishing a small Anglican Use group here in Manila.)  It is this experience with different liturgies that has sparked a interest in Eastern churches and Orthodoxy.  I hope to soon have the chance to visit an Orthodox parish here in the Philippines.

Welcome!

We have a couple of posters here from the Phillipines, and a couple WRO (Western Rite Orthodox, the Orthodox equivalent of the Anglican Use, also controversial but for different reasons in Orthodoxy) posters.
