Hi, if you could pray for my grandfather John, that would be great. From what I've been told, he just had a stroke and cannot see and has been throwing up. He's 90 and refuses to go to the hospital, so my parents are going out there to see him. Thanks.

Thank you for your prayers. My father was able to convince my grandfather to go to the hospital, and I imagine he is undergoing tests.

My father just called and informed me that the doctor's diagnosis is that it was a "major stroke" and that it's "terminal." So, I don't know how much longer my grandfather has left to live. So, I appreciate your prayers.

Just an update. My grandfather is still alive, but it's still not clear how much longer he will live or where he will live. He has suffered damage to the brain, and although he can still talk, his cognitive skills are somewhat impaired. I learned today that he may have to be put in a dementia part of a nursing home, since he is very restless.

Just an update. My grandfather was transfered to a nursing home about a week or two ago. He's doing much better. I spoke with him on the phone, and mentally he is much improved. He's made an excellent recovery in that regard.
He is still very weak, understandably so after being two weeks in a hospital bed.
