If you're too soft and cry easy, then I think you shouldn't (especially if you love animals).
A movie about animals and their "use" in sports, circuses and laboratories. A great part of it is about our meat, how "healthy and clean" it's supposed to be.
I could easily fill this post with sophisms and rhetorical tricks, so that I make you watch it. But I won't pressure anyone, especially the soft-hearted.
This movie made me hate our current state. I feel so guilty for those animals suffering.
