Well, I don't know much Romanian, but I can say a couple of things:

Hello: Buna ziua (lit. "Good afternoon")
Good buy: Buna Cumparaturi
Goodbye: La revedere

To our Romanian friends, I hope I didn't mangle your language too badly. It really sounds beautiful whenever I'm not the one speaking it.

Depending upon how close you are to the person you're speaking, you can change la revedere with ceau ceau (pronounced and means the same as the Italian ciao.

Also-

How are you?- Ce facii (tchaye fahtch) or more formally Ce mai facii?
Good. -(Reply to How are you?) Bine (bee-nay)
Very good. -Foarte bine! (fwahrtay bee-nay)
Thank You -Mulţumesc. (mul-tsoo-mesk)
You're Welcome -Cuplecere. (koopleh-tcheh-reh)

Mr. is Domnule. (dohm-noo-leh)
Mrs. is Doamna (dwahm-nah)

How are you, Mr. Dumitru/Mrs. Ioanna? Ce mai facii, Domnule Dumitru/Doamna Ioanna?

I hope I got those correct.  My Romanian girlfriend is always laughing at my accent. :'(  :D

As Drewmeister said-

Hristos a inviat! Adeverat a inviat! Pronounced as-

Christos   ah   uhn-vee-aht!  Ah-deh-veh-raht   ah   uhn-vee-aht!

Hristos a înviat!
Adevărat a înviat!

Hello!
-Bună! (usually among girls)
or
-Salut! (usually among boys)

Good bye!
-La revedere!
-Pa!
-Pa! Pa!

We don't usually use 'Good buy!', but you could say
- Bună alegere! (Good choice! > Boo-nuh ah-leh-geh-reh)

As a joke,
Bună cumpăraturi! means Hello Shopping! :)

Ceau! is used mostly in Transilvania and it means Hello! and Good bye! :)

I'll make a few corrections, Gabriel. You did a good job. :)
You're welcome is spelled 'Cu plăcere'; Ioanna is 'Ioana' and facii is 'faci'
Asemănându-te obiceiurilor râvnitorului Ilie şi urmând Botezătorului pe drepte cărări, Părinte Antonie, te-ai făcut locuitor pustiului şi ai întărit lumea cu rugăciunile tale. Pentru aceasta, roagă-te lui Hristos Dumnezeu, să mântuiască sufletele noastre.

Hmm. So "Bună" doesn't mean "good" when it's used in that second phrase? Should I then say "Bine cumpăraturi" for "There is good shopping here"?

Oh!  Thanks for clarifying this; makes sense because she's from Transilvania.

Bună means means good, as a feminine singular adjective and also Hello, because is short from Bună ziua. Cumpăraturi is plural, so you should say Bune cumpărături (but it sounds a little strange). Bine also means good, but it is an adverb.
You could translate There is good shopping here with Se fac cumpărături bune aici

Mulţumesc, prietene!
Cu plăcere! :)
