during rush hour yesterday two red line Metro Trains collided at the DC/Maryland border. Six were killed and many were injured. Memory eternal and prayers for those who survived and their families.

According to this morning's news the toll is now 9 people were killed. They found more in the wreckage in the night.  May they rest in peace. Lord have mercy on those injured |

Please prayer for my sons: their mother, in violation of court order, took them to DC. I know they were there yesterday as they called me, but as, in violation again of court order, I have no contact information for them and do not know if they were involved, or anyway of finding out until I hear from them again.

There are stories and photos in the Washington Post, including one that there was an Anglican priest in the car that climbed up and broke. He was leading the Lord's Prayer and trying to help a woman trapped under seats.
