There is a very easy to use online converter from Latin alphabet to Cyryllic and contrarywise. It can be found HERE.

First of all you have to change your keybord's language from English to Lithuanian (Start=>Control Panel=>Regional and Language Settings=>Languages=>details and there add Lithuanian).

You clik the Łacinka button on the website to switch from Cyryllic=>Latin to Latin=>Cyryllic.

All letters are converted from their English transliteration equivalents with a few exceptions:
- ш, ч, ў, ж and л are written like this: first you press Shift and without releasing ` button. Then you can release them all (or do not release Shift if you want to write capital letters) and write that letters with s, c, u, z and l buttons respectively.
- сь, ць and зь are written like this: first you press ` button, release it, press Shift, release it (unless you want to write capital letters)  and write them with s, c, and z.
- я, ё, ю and е are written with ia, io , iu and ie or with ja, ja, ju, je. It depens of whether it is on the beginning of the word and after a vowel or it is after a consounant.
- й is written with j.

This is all so complicated.  Glad that Ukrainian cyrillic is just one of the options in MSWord.
Anyone got Glagolitic???

One can switch you keyboard but it's hard to write when marks on the buttons do not correspond with the letters.

You are right.  I forgot because I have had them for so long: I ordered a set on stick-on Ukrainian Cyrillic letters around 2004  that i can stick on my key board for the bottom half of the keys.  The top part of the stickers are clear so I can still see the Roman letters on the top half and the Cyrillic letters on the bottom.
Best $26 I ever spent.
