There is a very easy to use online converter from Latin alphabet to Cyryllic and contrarywise. It can be found

First of all you have to change your keybord's language from English to Lithuanian (Start=>Control Panel=>Regional and Language Settings=>Languages=>details and there add Lithuanian).
You clik the
Łacinka button on the website to switch from Cyryllic=>Latin to Latin=>Cyryllic.
All letters are converted from their English transliteration equivalents with a few exceptions:

ш,
ч,
ў,
ж and
л are written like this: first you press
Shift and without releasing
` button. Then you can release them all (or do not release
Shift if you want to write capital letters) and write that letters with
s,
c,
u,
z and
l buttons respectively.

ць and
зь are written like this: first you press
` button, release it, press
Shift, release it (unless you want to write capital letters) and write them with
s,
c, and
z.

я,
ё,
ю and
е are written with
ia,
io ,
iu and
ie or with
ja,
ja,
ju,
je. It depens of whether it is on the beginning of the word and after a vowel or it is after a consounant.
