First of all you have to change your keybord's language from English to Lithuanian (Start=>Control Panel=>Regional and Language Settings=>Languages=>details and there add Lithuanian).
You clik the Łacinka
button on the website to switch from Cyryllic=>Latin to Latin=>Cyryllic.
All letters are converted from their English transliteration equivalents with a few exceptions:
are written like this: first you press Shift
and without releasing `
button. Then you can release them all (or do not release Shift
