Hi, administrative types!  

I endured the pejorative "newbie" label for a short while, and around post #25, just when I was getting frustrated with this descriptor, I realized my status had changed to "junior member!"  Hoorah!  

Well, I just noticed that I have now contributed 49 posts (not including this one), and I was kinda figuring (or hoping) that 50 must be the magic number which will make my status officially "member."  So, here goes with post #50...wish me well!

I just turned a member for passing 100 posts.  

What do the crosses under the member status mean?  Is it also a reflection of the number of posts?  I have 3 now under the US Flag.
