David,

Forgot to say its by St. Vladimir's Seminary & Fr. Alexander Schmemann

This is the 1st eastern prayer book I bought and for such a small book it packs alot of prayer and info, and easy to carry when going almost anywhere(except rafting or kayaking).

I like a prayer book called "A Pocket Prayer Book for Orthodox Christians"

It has much the same prayers as the Manual of Eastern Orthodox Prayers, but the print is much smaller. It was first put out by the Antiochians in 1956. I'm not sure if it is still in print since I got it on e-bay a few years back.

Take Care!
