(Dateline OC.net Palace): The crowd in the OC.net Palace Courtyard had their milling interrupted with a kazoo fanfare, heralding another pronouncement from the OC.net Palace Balcony. FrChris strode to the fence of the balcony, with the morning sunlight glinting off the gold lame kazoos, and used their reflected light to read from his prepared document:

"It is a special privilege to announce to all here present that a new member of the Moderating team has been decided upon" and with this FrChris took any deep breath. "Let us all welcome as the new Moderator for Religious Topics in the Free For All Board...

Heorhij".

With that the new Moderator stood by FrChris' side, and both raised their arms up high. The crowd roared their assent:
