(Dateline OC.net Palace): The usual crowds milling about the central courtyard of the OC.net palace were startled by the beginning of the kazoo fanfare that accompanies an impending announcement from FrChris.
"OC.netizens everywhere, it is my privilege and honor to announce to all that a new Global Moderator has been found," he began. The crowd was silent with anticipation as FrChris found once again his place on the paper he was reading.
"Veniamin has agreed to serve in this capacity, and we pray that we gives as much honor and service to this position as his predecessor!"
The crowd regained their voices as they shouted:
AXIOS! AXIOS! AXIOS!

They also are responsible for the sections that don't have designated mods, such as the Prayer Forum. Finally, they also hear appeals of mod actions and act in a supervisory role. |
