Well, they claim to be children of the Union of Brest which included Ukrainians and Belarusans, use the Byzantine-Slavonic Rite in its Nikonian Recension, and aren't part of the Ukrainian Catholic Metropolia of Poland.  Of course the Belarusan Greek Catholic Church hasn't been formally re-erected, their Exarchate remains without a bishop like the Russian Exarchate.  They have an Archimandrite serving as Apostolic visitator.

The Ruthenian Recension Liturgical books were unaffected by the reforms of Patriarch Nikon so the differences are not due to introducing changes but preserving older usages.

Their website states their value their relationship with both the Ukrainian aand Belarusian Greek Catholic Churches.  If they are not Belarusian then what are they?  If they are Ukrainians then I guess they are unique in not being part of the UGCC.

He is both the ordinary of Siedlce and the suffragan of the Metropolitan of Lublin.  You are correct, it appears Bishop Zbigniew was given the parish at Kostomloty and the Armenian parishes remain with Warsaw.

Their website states the parish began in 1627, of course parishes in this area went back and forth between Catholic and Orthodox as the territiory went back and forth between Poland and Russia, this parish finally returning to the Catholic Church in 1927.

If they are not Belarusian then what are they?  If they are Ukrainians then I guess they are unique in not being part of the UGCC.
