These two books are by Dr. Alister Mcgrath. He is an Anglican and it seems as if he's presenting a Theistic Evolutionary perspective.

Also any books about Panentheism would be good too.

It would be cool to see an Orthodox Christian tackle this issue from a Panentheistic perspective.
