If most Indian Orthodox live in Kerala, the food is quite delicious.

It's not on the voting list, but Finnish/Karelian Orthodox Easter foods are quite delicious as well.

The only reason Finland isn't on this list is this is a list of nations with Oriental churches but one could well do a superb poll in another forum of EO national cuisines.  I would vote Russian, I love borscht, pelmeni, blinis with caviar, et cetera.
Antisemitism, racism and prejudicial nationalism should have no place in Orthodoxy.  For to paraphrase  St. Paul, there is neither Jew nor Greek, neither male nor female, slave or freeman, in the Christian Church.
