Hello all! Two and a half years ago, I posted this thread to the forum: http://www.orthodoxchristianity.net/forum/index.php/topic,9633.0.htmlI am now proud to say that my parents have allowed me to convert to Orthodoxy (at age 17) and that I'm being baptised and chrismated this Saturday. I'm incredibly excited to finally be entering the Church that I've been waiting three years to be an official member of. My friend who took me to church, of whom I spoke in the previous thread (read the first post, it's short  ), is my sponsor. I'd like to thank everyone on this forum who advised me previously and gave me their opinions which helped me stay faithful to Christ. God Bless!
