Please remember me (Michael) and my wife (Miranda) in your prayers as we deal with a rather noisy neighbor who refuses to, and I quote, "change [her] behavior for anyone." She denies ever making any noise contrary to the complaints of every single one of her neighbors. It's reached a point where my wife is getting ill because of the lost sleep and stress.
Were I ten years younger, I would have probably already had the police called against me for being threatening. I don't want to regress. I've kept it cool this long and would like to remain doing so, but I think I'll need some divine help the longer this keeps up.

My friend, I understand your plight as we have exactly the same problem here (only somewhat abated by sub-freezing temps keeping the offenders indoors, until spring).

yes, but it's apparently nearly impossible to evict due to noise complaints that don't go through the police. however, the cops have been called a number of times (not by me, yet, but by other neighbors) and most everytime they finally get there, she's quiet again. it's up to the cops' discretion to issue a violation, so if they don't hear anything, they usually don't. |

I have the same two neighbors one across and one next door ,,winter keeps them quiet,,then thy let loose when it gets warmer...Im friendly with them though..i don't show anger toward them..kindness goes a long way...The House across from me are all girls .there Father is a baptist minister when he's not around the girls are in front on the street and attracting the boys in there cars ,,there could be ten car's infront,, boom boxed booming there drinking ,,eating grabage ends up in my yard..
So it looks like we all have some crosses to bare in one way or another...
