What is written on the scroll in Fr. Seraphim's hand? (Also, what language is this?)

The text on the scroll reads: Holy, Holy, Holy, Thrice-holy Lord, have mercy on us and save us. Amen. The language used on the scroll and the inscription surrounding Blessed Seraphim's head is Church Slavonic. The inscription reads: Venerable Seraphim of Platina.
