I hear 'Christ is Born! Glory Him!'... what are all the rest?

The only universal one is Christ is Risen! Truly He is Risen!

Christ is Born! Glorify Him! is a traditional greeting but it has fallen out of use in some places, unfortunately. Me being a pushy convert, I of course use it extensively trying to recharge it Wink

I am not a fan of the many pseudo greetings that have come up like "Christ is Ascended! From Earth to Heaven!"  The reason being that it can become absurd or just look weird or deliberately different.

Perhaps, however, these other greetings are popular in some local setting so perhaps anyone posting the other ones could specify where they are popular.

And even then, it's not totally the same everywhere.  In some churches you may hear the response, "Indeed He is risen!"  But that's only a variation in wording that doesn't fundamentally change the meaning of the response at all.  So Fr. Anastasios's point stands, and I'm just being picky. Grin

And the Antiochian parish I grew up, they say "He is Risen Indeed!" (which sounds backwards to me)

I personally like Indeed He is Risen!

I have a convert-from-Anglicanism friend who still offers this response to "Christ is Risen!"  I wonder, therefore, if this might be an Anglican thing.

Glory to Jesus Christ! Glory forever! (Every day, non-festal use)
Christ is baptized in the Jordan! Glorify Him! (Epiphany)
