« on: January 11, 2009, 12:39:38 AM »
Please pray for me wife and I. Tomorrow we will become members of the Holy Orthodox Church. Our Patrons are Saint Alexis Toth (mine) and Saint Veronica (my wife).

Holy Alexis and Holy Veronica pray to God for us!

Mubaarak!
Question a friend, perhaps he did not do it; but if he did anything so that he may do it no more.
A hasty quarrel kindles fire,
and urgent strife sheds blood.
If you blow on a spark, it will glow;
if you spit on it, it will be put out;
                           and both come out of your mouth

Many years!
As a result of a thousand million years of evolution, the universe is becoming conscious of itself, able to understand something of its past history and its possible future.

Many happy years, blessed by the Lord!
"If you are going to serve the Lord, be prepared for times when you will be put to the test. Be sincere and determined. Keep calm when trouble comes. Stay with the Lord; never abandon Him and you will be prosperous at the end of your days. Accept whatever happens to you. Even if you suffer humiliation, be patient. Gold is tested by fire and human character is tested in the furnace of humiliation. Trust the Lord and He will help you. Walk straight in His ways and put your hope in Him. " Sir 2:1-6

Count your servants worthy Lord to enter and complete the race of those running towards You.
If you're living a happy life as a Christian, you're doing something wrong.
