My heart is broken. Nacho and I had several lengthy conversations with Fr. Richard when we were looking into the Holy Church. He was significant in directing us towards the truth of Holy Orthodoxy. He was a kind, generous and loving priest....it seemed he never forgot a name or face.
May his memory be eternal
My condolences to his family and the parish family at St. Athanasius.

Memory Eternal!
I will never forget Father Richard. He was one of the most amazing dynamic Priest I have ever met. He played a HUGE part in bringing me into Orthodoxy. He always knew the right things to say and was very intuitive to where people were at on a spiritual level. He will be missed greatly!

Memory Eternal!
He was a wonderful leader as the dean of the Northern California Deanery. He was always very supportive of our retreats and attended them until his health prevented him from coming. His khouria is a sweet, tiny southern woman who is a very loving lady. May God also be with her in her time of grief.
