Please be in prayer for my older brother William. He was unable to secure a teaching position this year (after teaching 6 years of high school science), and has been unemployed all summer. He is normally very good with money but has now exhausted his savings and doesn't know how he will make his mortgage payment next month, or how to put food on the table. He has interviewed for many jobs but has had no success to this point.
I am concerned about his financial position, but more about his emotional health. He lives for teaching, and I think he is very disheartened to not "be" a teacher now. I think he is taking this whole thing very hard.

Thank you for your prayers. My brother is still looking for work, and though he has turned in many resumes and applications he has heard nothing yet. He also owns a game store, and sales are quite low due to the economy. He has decided to take money from his teaching pension/401k account to pay bills and to pay off his loan for the business. I don't like it, but at the moment it seems like the only thing to do. He is considering closing his store at the end of the year due to failure to meet expenses.
Please continue to pray that he will find work. Thank you.
