Hello everyone!  Smiley

Why are women not allowed to enter the Sanctuary?

Thank you in advance!

Why is anyone with no business in the sanctuary (e.g. not a priest, deacon or acolyte) not allowed in the sanctuary?  Because they have no business in the sanctuary. police

Question a friend, perhaps he did not do it; but if he did anything so that he may do it no more.
A hasty quarrel kindles fire,
and urgent strife sheds blood.
If you blow on a spark, it will glow;
if you spit on it, it will be put out;

Search the tags on this, it's been discussed before.

I'll take you for who you are if you take me for everything.

Women are permitted to enter the Sanctuary with a blessing. At the female monastery where I see my Spiritual Father, you will often see the nuns cleaning in the Sanctuary. The general reason one will not find women entering the Sanctuary is because, for the most part, they have no reason to be there, and therefore have no blessing to enter. Even a lay male needs a blessing to enter the Sanctuary.

If you're living a happy life as a Christian, you're doing something wrong.

There are already a number of threads on here that deal with this topic and because of the history of posting to this type of thread I am locking it. If you really must discuss this further please do so in one of the threads that deals with this topic.
