I wonder how many will forget to set their clocks back... I'm hoping this might be an accidental cause for me to have my parishioners present during Orthros this morning! And then after they experience this, the entire parish decides to always go to Orthros every day we have a Liturgy! One can hope and dream, I guess!

Ironically, with the extra hour of sleep (which I did take advantage of), I still feel tired this morning... I'm hoping this might be an accidental cause for me to have my parishioners present during Orthros this morning! And then after they experience this, the entire parish decides to always go to Orthros every day we have a Liturgy! One can hope and dream, I guess! May all your dreams of ideal parish life come true.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I woke up this morning with that groggier than usual feeling that results from having slept TOO LONG.

Your body apparently still needs two to three days to get used to the "time change" no matter if you take advantage of the extra hour of sleep or not.

In the last few years, I set the clocks back in my house at 7:00 PM Saturday night and I haven't felt any ill effects.

I wonder how many will forget to set their clocks back... That'd be me. But, as Fr. Chris had hoped, I did make it to Orthros...just not at his parish.

Yup. The timestamp for this post (which I have set to my own local time as a personal preference) is an hour ahead of what it should be for my time zone.
