Are there any new western rite missions in North Carolina? And if not how does one get any info on when there might be one se tup?

None are shown for North Carolina on the Western Rite Orthodox Parish Directory. You would have to contact the Antiochians about the possibility of a new mission being set up sometime soon. Or, you could visit one of the non-western-rite parishes in NC, or one of the missions of Fr. Anastasios.
