Looks pretty simple and funny. I'm bandwidth limited and I can't see all 45 slides except to say I understand the gist of the Mortgage crisis, what goes up artificially, must crash and burn.

Sorry about that - I poached it from another message board that is more general. There are some altruists there, but a lot who aren't. I'm an actuarial dropout and it was from an Actuarial message board I still occasionally visit. Everyone there loved it.
