Does anyone know what the "Restored Rite"  and the "Little Suffrage" are containd in the New Skete Horologion? http://www.light-n-life.com/shopping/order_product.asp?ProductNum=BOOK120

I provide outlines of both the 76 Restored Rite and 88 Restored Rite.  The Restored Rite of the 76 Prayerbook has been superceded by the 88 Prayerbook.  Common to both are all priest's prayers are aloud, some older elements of the Cathedral Rite have been incorporated, some things suppressed, moved or joined to something else.

I believe the intercessions from the 88 Prayerbook Night Prayers are the Little Suffrage from the 76 Prayerbook.

The Little Suffrage is the Trisagion for the departed consisting of the Troparia beginning with "With the souls of the righteous dead", followed by the Litany for the departed, and concluding with the "Memory Eternal".

What does "Restored" refer to?

Well that is debatable.  What one calls restored another calls revised.  New Skete has restored older Cathedral Rite elements to their Office, but they have not simply restored the Cathedral Rite as it was described by St. Simeon the Theologian.  They have inserted them into the standard Office, at the same time suppressing repetitions, rearranging elements, reducing the number of Psalms and Stichera taken, writing new compostions for some of the Stichera, Troparia and Presbyteral Prayers, etc.
