Considering some of the stories about potential employers looking up personal information online and using it against people, I'd have to say her paranoia is warranted. But, in any case, I wish you the best of luck and hope you can work everything out. |

Thank you all so much for your prayers!
Things have definitely gotten a lot better between us. I ask that you do continue to keep her in your prayers. Unfortunately, before we met, she was in a very bad relationship with someone who hurt her terribly (Emotionally, spiritually, etc). Understandably, she is still working through many of the ways he hurt her, and sometimes, it leads to issues between the two of us. Usually things work out well, but sometimes something just clicks and it creates an extremely upsetting and difficult situation for her.
Again, thank you all for your prayers and thinking of us during these trying times.

Things have gotten extremely rocky (to say the least) lately. Please pray for our uncertain future. We both love each other very much, but it looks like it might be best to just step back for a period of time. |

I've been there--with two different guys. The first one, we broke up, and though it saddened me back then, I was soon glad to not be with that guy anymore. The second one--we've been married for 11 years and, despite having a rocky relationship in the beginning, these days we rarely even argue.
Have you tried counseling?

Well, we have decided to step away for some time. How long? Not really sure. It might be short, might be very long. I would like to thank you all for your prayers and thoughts. The thought of losing such a person from my life has been so difficult; God willing, things will, with time, sort themselves out and we will return after having grown and with renewed strength. It definitely isn't easy to go through; I pray the Lord will grant you and your girlfriend the guidance you need in your difficult time too. |

I just wanted to thank you all for your prayers again. Things have certainly not been easy and it has taken its toll on me. We do still talk and a strong bond and love is palpable, but the future remains uncertain. So many others are more deserving of your prayers than I, but I still humbly ask for any you can offer.
