I like the reminders like "Up Late Aren't We, <Username>".  New feature?   ;)

^ Maybe the "down and out" smiley was a little extreme although I see your point.  I do need to go to bed earlier and the reminder helped last night in that I wasn't on the forum until 3 AM.   :D

Yep, they're a new feature. They are based on local time (provided you have adjusted it in the time zone section in your profile). I think they're cute too!

^ The reminders appear on the top of each OC.net page, under the OC.net banner and above the status bar (e.g. how many unread/new messages you have, etc.).

For me, a cute distraction. And fine just as long as we don't go overboard and do all those inane toys such as TAW has/had - those drove me totally away from there.

Why am I being asked, "Shouldn't You Be Going To Bed Soon, Riddikulus?", at 12:30pm? Mind you, an afternoon nap has its appeal?  ;D

I laughed the first time i saw them, its because I was on the forum at about 8 in the morning in our time zone, then it says "Shouldnt you be in bed soon?".

^ Actually, I just like to laugh at the reminders and make rude comments like, "So what if I'm up late, you idiot!  What's that to you?" or, "I may be the early bird, but I ain't eatin' no worm!" ;D

Yeah, the funniest was when I had just got up and was being asked if I shouldn't be in bed soon. It was tempting to take the hint and go back for an hour or two.  ;D

I thought the 2 smiley's playing keep away from a 3rd smiley was poignant to say the least.  Some of stashko's smiley's have had me laughing almost to the point of asphyxia.

I can edit them out of quotes, true, but that wouldn't be necessary if you weren't inflicting them upon us in the first place.
