A man whose blog I read lost his job last year because he did the honorable thing in the "publish or perish" world of academia. At any rate, he's in a very bad way financially, as the subject shows. He is asking for prayer, of course, but also for any charitable contributions or leads on jobs in the St. Louis area that anyone might want to send his way (you can read the post HERE) while he works to get back on his feet. Lord, have mercy. |

While Perry is all the more condescending in apologetics and debate with non-Orthodox one does not need to kick him down when his family is on the line. I now realize the real reason why he writes his blog, perhaps he need to pull his editorial position astep back to learn his lesson that not all battles end in red.

I posted that he should consider sub-college level teaching, and even, given his location, seek that teaching employment in Illinois, where I've had to deal with similar issues, and provides some steady work in the field.
