I am a Protestant who is interested in the Orthodox Church and have been debating about it with some of my Orthodox friends. One question that my Orthodox friends find a bit difficult answering is "What is the definition of the Orthodox Church?" Can anyone help?
The Orthodox Church is...
... The Body of Christ (Rom 12:5; 1Cor 12:12, 27; Eph 3:6, 4:12, 5:23; Col 3:15)
... The Bride of Christ (Matt 9:15 ~ Mark 2:19 ~ Luke 5:34; John 3:29)
... The One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church (The Nicean-Costantinopolitan Creed)
