I've been listening to Byzantine chant recordings of the Cherubic Hymn in Greek on Youtube. Some of the recordings include the phrase "ὡς τὸν Βασιλέα τῶν ὅλων ὑποδεξόμενοι" ("that we may receive the King of all") in the recordings, while others proceed straight to "ταῖς ἀγγελικαῖς ἀοράτως δορυφορούμενον τάξεσιν" ("invisibly upborne by angelic hosts"). Is this an option or is the chanter forgetting a line?
