They do a great seafood pizza not far from us. Everything but the kitchen sink. I'm not keen on seafood, but Hubby says they are YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMY!!

Pizza with the kitchen sink on it is pretty good as well - just make sure you have your titanium teeth on! |

My favorite is homemade, if I say so myself. Mr. Y and I make a mean wheat crust pizza with every vegetable imaginable and it's so filling that after two slices I'm ready to let my belt out a notch. Alton Brown also has a good pizza recipe on the Food Network site, though I recommend using slightly less salt than he does.

Never! Alton Brown is practically a culinary god. Indeed he is! Though he himself suggests using less salt (after a few viewer suggestions). That's the only recipe of his I've used that wasn't quite perfection. Edit: Added quote to clarify. |

How much salt does he suggest?
He calls for 1 tablespoon of kosher salt, but he suggests going down to 2 teaspoons and using 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar instead of 2.
