Glory to Jesus Christ!

I'm trying to find a copy of the booklet:  "Vision of Heaven and Hell; My Spiritual Rebirth."  by Dushan Yovanovich.  It was published in 1984 by Miljkovic?? publishing and is approx. 22 pages in length.

If anyone has any leads to this booklet, I'd be most grateful, or if someone has a copy that would be willing to photocopy it for me, that would be great also.  I realize this booklet was considered "controversial", but am in need of a copy for a project.
