Glory to Jesus Christ!

Okay, I'm confused  ??? but hwat else is new? Can someone explain to me, as if I was a 3 year old, what exactly the differences between "The 'Other' Board" and the "Free For All Board" is? I hope that I'm not the only one wondering. God Bless!

Glory to Jesus Christ!

Nik, as far as I can tell, "The Other Board" is for prayer requests and the like and for non-explosive topics that can't conveniently be categorized into one of the other board topics.

The "Free-for-All" is just that: It may degenerate into polemics, but we still must behave as Christian men and women in our posts.

Since I wanted to add dates to the calendar, and for that it requires that I start threads about these things, I thought it would be better to have a separate folder where I can add these threads without cluttering other folders.

The Gospel is quite clear: both saints and sinners love God. "Religious" people do not love him, and whenever they can, they crucify him.

Of course, OC.net is not reflective of the Church, but is rather a surreal bubble. I have visited a lot of different parishes around the world and have listened to many hours of AFR...

I'm surprised that the oldest threads on the "Other Topics" board were so...Christian.

Happy shall he be, that shall take and dash thy little ones against the rock. Alleluia.

Once Christ has filled the Cross, it can never be empty again.

Those were the days of legend and high adventures (in piety), when God walked among us, and angels guided our steps. Yet who will even be saved in this present forum generation? Pray for our souls--and weep!
