Does anyone have a link to Western-notation, English lamentations as sung on Great & Holy Friday?

I don't have a link, but there is this nice little book put out by Holy Transfiguration Monastery that has everything - in Byzantine chant.  Several years ago, my priest photocopied the whole book to enlarge it, put markings on every tropar to figureout when to move, and then made about 40 copies so that many in the congregation can sing along.  It actually works quite well.
I'll take you for who you are if you take me for everything.
